If you have to pump liquids such as wine, must, alcohol or if you need to transfer more dense substances such as whole grapes, pressed grapes, fermented marc or even jams, preserves, puree, ground meat, surely the CME peristaltic pumps are an ideal solution.
The fluid is always gently pumped thanks to:
- the electronic speed regulation
- the pulse compensation chambers
The CME pumps cover a wide range of flow rates: the smallest single-pipe pump has a flow rate of 5 q/h , the largest one, two-pipe, has a maximum flow rate of 720 q/h. The body is built in stainless steel or cast in ductile spherical cast iron.
All the pumps can be equipped with the motorized auger hopper to be used precisely when the substance to be pumped is rather dense or contains solid parts.

- with food certification therefore suitable for food & beverage and for the agro-food sector in general
- high temperature pipes
- tubes for aggressive fluids such as acids, alcohols, cements
CME peristaltic pumps have excellent process values: in the suction phase they reach vacuum values up to -0.9 bar; in the delivery phase we arrive at a maximum pressure of about 3 bar.
The b, equipped with the latest generation inverters, is designed to be able to control the pump by a radio control. It is also specifically designed to allow the filling of barriques.
The management of CME peristaltic pumps b. Even the cleaning is extremely rapid: in fact, the product comes into contact only with the peristaltic tube. If the operator does not notice a leak in the hose, a liquid leak detection system will automatically stop the pump.
